Naked Nutrition Energy Wellness Shots Boosted my energy. I felt full, and I noticed I was not snacking as much. My guess is it was because of the ginger. Ginger makes you feel full. I felt focused and calm, probably from the ashwagandha. I had a boost of energy all day; by night, it wore off, so it didn’t interfere with getting a good night’s sleep. It has a tangy taste to it with a slightly spicy flavor. It worked well, and I highly recommend it.

What I thought of Naked Nutrition Recovery Mushroom Supplement powder

I usually run 1-3 miles three times a week. Afterward, I always experience cramping in my hips and tightness in my legs. When using this product, I noticed I did not feel tired or worn out afterward. In addition, I didn’t experience the usual soreness in my legs and what I loved best was that I felt energetic but calm and very focused after my exercise routine. I highly recommend this product as well.
